The mentor's roles is extremely large.  The mentor team is almost, if not as big as the actual team comprised of alumni.  The mentors are tasked with teaching what the senior members cannot teach, making sure everyone is safe, managing team finances, and helping organizing events.  Due to the mentor's job being so large, most limit themselves to one of the things listed previously.  Any mentor willing to do such a task is much appreciated.
